CareHarbor360 exists to help families find trusted care and to help caregivers connect with meaningful opportunities. Whether you are looking for childcare, elder care, disability support, or other caregiving services, everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and treated fairly.

These Community Standards explain the behaviors we expect from everyone using our platform. They are designed to create a welcoming environment built on trust, professionalism, and accountability.

These Standards work alongside our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. While those documents contain the legal rules, these Standards describe the culture we want to build together.

Do not create fake profiles, impersonate others, or misrepresent your qualifications.

5. PUT SAFETY FIRST

Safety is our highest priority.

Families should take reasonable steps to evaluate caregivers before making hiring decisions. Caregivers should carefully consider opportunities before accepting engagements.

If you encounter behavior that could place someone at risk, report it to CareHarbor360 promptly. If there is an immediate emergency, contact your local emergency services first.

Never use the platform to facilitate abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or any activity that endangers children or vulnerable adults.
