At CareHarbor360, we believe exceptional caregiving begins with trust, honesty, respect, compassion, and open communication.

By accepting this Agreement, I acknowledge that every interaction on the CareHarbor360 platform contributes to the safety and well-being of caregivers, care recipients, families, and the broader community.

I pledge to:

Treat all members of the CareHarbor360 community with dignity, courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
Provide information that is accurate, truthful, and kept reasonably up to date.
Communicate openly and promptly about changes, concerns, emergencies, or safety issues that may affect caregiving services.
Respect the privacy, rights, personal boundaries, and confidentiality of others.
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment free from harassment, discrimination, abuse, intimidation, retaliation, or unlawful conduct.
Act honestly and responsibly when using the CareHarbor360 platform and its services.
Cooperate with Trust & Safety processes when requested and report concerns in good faith.
Uphold the values and Community Standards of CareHarbor360.

I understand that this pledge reflects the shared expectations of everyone who uses the CareHarbor360 platform and is intended to foster trusted, respectful, and safe caregiving relationships.

This pledge is accepted as part of creating a CareHarbor360 account, together with the Community Standards and the applicable service agreement. By selecting "I agree" during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accept this Mutual Respect & Safety Pledge.
